THREE FOLK ART CARVED WOOD CANES, 19TH CENTURY. Comprising an animal form relief carved cane, probably southeastern United States, carved with snakes, alligators, turtles, various fish, egret and corn stalk; a Mexican carved fruitwood cane with uniformed figures within floral shaped cartouches, the handle with a Mexican crest of eagle with snake on cactus; a chip carved cane with geometric designs and knobby carved shaft; and a cane inscribed in relief "Cowboy Joe" dated 1933 with snake, beer mug, and two hands. Largest length 36.75 inches (93.5 cm).
