A GROUP OF ORNITHOLOGICAL, MARK CATESBY (BRITISH 1683-1749) HAND COLORED ENGRAVINGS.  Comprising “The Purple Martin” (T51), plate size 10.25 inches x 13.875 inches (26 x 35.2 cm), sheet size 14 inches x 20.4 inches (35.6 x 51.8 cm); “The Blew-Bird” (T47), plate size 10.25 inches x 13.875 inches (26 x 35.2 cm), sheet size 13.875 inches x 20.3 inches (35.2 x 51.6 cm); “The Blew Linnet” (T45), plate size 13.875 inches x 10.25 inches (35.2 x 26 cm), sheet size 20.4 inches x 14.125 inches (51.8 x 35.6 cm); and “The Bahama Sparrow (T37), plate size 13.5 inches x 10.125 inches (35.2 x 26 cm), sheet size 20.5 inches x 14.25 inches (52.1 x 35.6 cm) together with a textual book leaf from the corresponding folio for pages 65 and 66, sheet size 20.3 inches x 14 inches (51.6 x 35.6 cm). Each on laid paper, unframed.
