A CHINESE GILT BRONZE AND CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL FIGURAL DECEPTION CONTAINER, in the form of a Tang style horse head surmounting a shallow, oval compartment within a reticulated gilt bronze gallery with Buddhist emblems lifting to reveal a rectangular compartment. Enameled with auspicious motifs and floral scrolls on a yellow ground. Height 14 inches (35.5 cm).
