AN EXCEPTIONAL EASTLAKE VICTORIAN CARVED EBONIZED AND GILT WOOD FOLDING EASEL STAND, 3RD QUARTER 19TH CENTURY. With turned supports raised on a lyre form base with folding storage panels decorated with a floral and bird marquetry inlaid medallion, the stand terminating in a carved finial with classical bust, urn form, applied rosettes and ebonized swag. Height 78 inches, width 28 inches.
