AN AMERICAN CHIPPENDALE CHERRY WOOD SLANT FRONT DESK, LATE 18TH CENTURY. The four drawer base with slant front opening to reveal a fitted interior with six pigeon holes and 12 drawers. Brasses appear original with slant front possibly an early replacement. Height 43.5 inches (110.5 cm), width 39.5 inches (100.5 cm), depth 21.5 inches (54.5 cm).
