FRANZ XAVER WEINZIERL (GERMAN 19TH/20TH CENTURY) A GENEALOGY RECORDS BOOK, CIRCA 1900. The leather bound boards finely tooled, polychrome and gilt in the German Arts & Crafts style with the full standing figure of a winged angel displaying two coats of arms below a carved and engraved title “Haus Chronik”, opening to reveal marbled end pages and 17 hand calligraphy pages in aubergine ink with red capitals including a table of contents listing hand numbered pages and categories for various family histories and events including a family tree, family coat of arms, marriages, and children, with each section titled in calligraphy throughout the 350 pages total. The unused book with blank pages contained in the original box with over fitting lid. Signed lower right “F.W.” on front cover. 13.75 inches x 10.5 inches (35 x 26.5cm)
