A RUSSIAN ICON OF CHRIST AS THE LORD ALMIGHTY, CIRCA 1900. Delivering a blessing and holding an open book of Gospels to John 13:34. The entire image overlaid with a machine engraved silver-gilt riza and possibly later added enameled halo and borders with cabochon embellishments. Hallmarked St. Petersburg 1899-1907, bearing maker's mark AT and 84 silver standard. 7.25 inches x 6 inches (18.4 x 15 cm).
