A LARGE FRENCH SEVRES STYLE AND BRONZE MOUNTED PORCELAIN LIDDED URN, CIRCA 1900. Of ovoid form, painted with a romantic scene of two lovers and artist signed D. Theo. The verso with pastoral scene bolted on a bell shaped pedestal with bronze plinth and mounted with bronze bird form handles with elongated straps flanking a trumpet form neck with gilt cartouche reserve on a burgundy ground. The lid with spurious ribbon mark and inscribed "France." Height 26.5 inches (67 cm).
