AN IMPERIAL RUSSIAN SILVER COMMEMORATIVE TABLE MEDAL, 1900. Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the appointment of Grand Duke Alexei Alexandrovich Romanov as Chief of the Moscow Life-Guards Regiment, 1850-1900. The obverse with a bust portrait of Grand Duke Alexei in uniform, and the verso with conjoined portraits of Tsars Nicholas II, Alexander III, Alexander II and Nicholas I. Inscribed in Russian, "To His Imperial Highness Grand Duke Alexei Alexandrovich on the day of 50th Anniversary of Appointment as Chief of Regiment." Diameter 3.125 inches (7.9 cm), total weight 257 grams.
