A VERY FINE CHINESE MUGHAL STYLE CARVED WHITE JADE HANDLED BOWL, LATE QING/EARLY REPUBLIC PERIOD.Carved in a translucent celadon colored white jade, the thinly walled squat quatrefoil shape with fluted panels carved in archaistic scrolled foliates below reticulated flora form handles, each suspending a loose ring. Inscribed apocryphal four character Qinglong reign mark on base within raised foot rim. Length 9.75 inches (24.5 cm), diameter 6.75 inches (17 cm).
