A FINE CHINESE CARVED WHITE JADE COVERED KORO.Finely carved in a celadon colored semi translucent white jade of globular form with archaistic scrolled foliate designs raised on three carved paw feet flanked by scrolled handles below a domed cover with scrolled foliates terminating in fluted everted finial/handle. Displayed on a fitted, carved and reticulated hardwood base. The jade height 5.75 inches (14.5 cm), length 8 inches (20 cm), total height 7.75 inches (18.5 cm).
