A FINE FRENCH RENAISSANCE REVIVAL CARVED WALNUT LIBRARY TABLE, 19TH CENTURY. With highly carved and sculpted figural pedestal supports in the form of a caryatid supporting anamorphic rams head figures raised on scrolled bracketed legs joined by a stretcher surmounted by turned baluster columns below a rectangular top with carved foliate shaped panel skirt and two drawers, one drawer inset with maker's brass plaque inscribed "Meubles D'Art M. Lerolle Fabricant, 61, Rue des Sts-Peres. Paris". Height 30 inches (76 cm), depth 28.5 inches (72.5 cm), width 47.25 inches (120 cm).
