A PAIR OF JAPANESE CARVED AND INLAID WALRUS IVORY OKIMONOS OF KANNON, MEIJI PERIOD. Each depicting the standing deity with boy attendant at feet and decorated with inlaid mother of pearl and coral beads. Incised signature and lotus blossom on base. Height 10.5 inches (26.5 cm).
