A RUSSIAN LACQUERWARE, PAPIER-MACHE AND GILT TRAY WITH METAL HANDLE, LUKUTIN, 19TH CENTURY.  Of circular form with scalloped edges. With an articulating pierced metal handle in the form of leaves, berries and vines and the cavetto depicting a winter courting scene surrounded by gilt foliate design. Underside marked Lukutin under the Imperial Warrant. Diameter 10.6 inches (27 cm).
