AN OLD BELIEVERS RUSSIAN ICON OF THE BAPTISM OF CHRIST, 15TH CENTURY STYLE. . Finely rendered, and closely following the example in the State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg, Russia, which lists theirs as "Tver - circa 1430-1440", first half of the 20th century. 15 inches x 11.25 inches (38 x 28.5 cm).
