A VERY FINE REED & BARTON EASTLAKE VICTORIAN SILVERED ICE WATER PITCHER. The pitcher embossed with portraits of various breeds of dogs and lid with figural polar bear finial supported on an ornate matching stand with reticulated parrots and foliate handle. Stamped Reed & Barton, patented 1878, #1988 and engraved as a presentation to "RJ Russell With the esteem and well wishes of his associates at the Cudahy Package Company Sept 5, 1891." Total height 20.75 inches (53 cm).
