AN ASSEMBLED RUSSIAN SILVER TEAPOT AND CREAMER, MOSCOW AND ST. PETERSBURG, 1853-1862. Comprising a bulbous form teapot resting on a domed base with scroll handle and hinged lid with floral finial. Hallmarked St. Petersburg, dated 1853 and Latin maker's marks IN and 84 standard. Width 9.75 inches (25 cm). Total weight 20.6 troy ounces. Together with a heavy silver creamer of slight bulbous form with attached scroll handle and gilded interior. Hallmarked Moscow, dated 1862 and Cyrillic maker's mark of Sazikov beneath the Imperial Warrant. Width 5.5 inches (14 cm). Total weight 7.9 troy ounces.
