A GLAZED BISQUE FIGURE OF TSAR NICHOLAS II AND PRESIDENT FELIX FAURE OF FRANCE SHAKING HANDS, END OF 19TH CENTURY. Between them a plaque inscribed in Russian "Russia and France" and below, the word "Alliance". Contained in a shadowbox frame and encircled with tri-colored bunting. The figure 8.25 inches (21 cm), overall height including frame 14 inches (35.5 cm).
