Morozov, In the Russian Tradition-A Historic Collection of 20th century Painting, The Sate Tretyakov Gallery Moscow, Russia and the Museum of Russian Art Minneapolis, Minnesota, 2005, page 9, illustrated, inscribed Hurzuf and dated 1916. Hurzuf or Gurzuf as it is sometimes spelled is of course the southern Ukrainian resort town on the Black Sea where Korovin often vacationed and painted.
