A RUSSIAN GOLD & GEM-SET IMPERIAL PRESENTATION BROOCH, ST. PETERSBURG, 1908-1917.  The Imperial crowned double-headed eagle within a classical open framework and set with a faceted sapphire and contained in its original Morozov leather presentation case. Hallmarked St. Petersburg, circa 19018-1917, Latin makers mark F*K, probably for Friedrich Christian Kehli and also with Cyrillic mark ИП, plus 56 gold standard. Width 1.4 inches (3.5 cm).
