AN IMPERIAL RUSSIAN WARRANT FOR THE ORDER OF ST. ANNE 2ND CLASS. Awarded to Vladimir Alexandrovich Bernatskoi, Chief of the Post and Telegraph, Rudo-Buzov Station. Issued in St. Petersburg on Dec. 31, 1901. Complete double sheet folded document with crisp raised seal. Very good condition. 14 inches x 8.7 inches (35.5 x 22cm).
