AN IMPERIAL RUSSIAN WARRANT FOR THE AWARD OF 40 YEARS SERVICE TO THE ST. VLADIMIR RIBBON, 1909. Awarded to Vladislav Alexsandrovich Bernatskoi, Chief of Post and Telegraph, Zirardov. Issued in Saint Petersburg, 23 August 1909, issuance #146. Crisp raised seal and complete double sheet document. Very good condition. 14 inches x 8.7 inches (35.5 x 22cm).
