A GROUP LOT OF NINE WWII AND EARLIER EDGED WEAPONS. Comprising a USN MK1 Jungle machete with canvas sheath, blade dated 1944 and maker's mark "Legistimus-Collins & Co."; a 1945 dated True-Temper machete; an interesting re-worked 1903 Springfield bayonet converted into a fighting knife and retailed by R. S. Elliott Arms Co., Kansas City, MO together with original sheath; a Hitler Youth knife missing HJ diamond in handle; a British MKII/IV Enfield bayonet with broad arrow stamps, a 19th century US stamped socket bayonet, a USN MK1 grand-style handle for plastic training bayonet, a relic quality Brazilian Mauser bayonet, an M31 shortened Schmidt-Rubin bayonet; and a Filipino teakwood jungle fighting knife.
