A COLLECTION OF 69 TINTYPE PHOTOGRAPHS, MID 19TH CENTURY. The majority 1/6 plate size. Featuring a wide variety of image types and subjects, many in unique settings and with period costumes including three gentlemen in white slacks and jackets, possibly photographer's assistants; a mother and daughter sitting in studio swing; and several pairs of sisters, possibly twins; also including a large 1/2 plate tintype of a well exposed and sharp image of man and woman with hand tinted facial features.
