A COLLECTION OF HUMAN ODDITY CARTE D'VISITE AND CABINET CARD PHOTOGRAPHS, 19TH CENTURY.  Six pieces including a photograph of Ella Kate Ewing "The Missouri Giantess" considered to be the world's tallest woman at the time with Husted Gorin, Missouri photographer's stamp; a cabinet card of the Horvath Midgets with Barnum and Bailey Circus; a cabinet card of the Mizuno family by Frank Wendt; a photograph of a very obese woman by Charles Sweet, Cincinnati; a portrait of an elderly Native American woman by a Seattle photographer, the verso inscribed "Indian lady who when a small child warned the Whites the Indians were coming to fight them"; and a photograph of Commador Nutt and Miss Minnie Warren together with an albumen portrait of Buffalo Bill with facsimile signature. The largest 6.5 inches x 4.25 inches.
