OVER 100 WWI AND EARLY TRANSPORTATION MAGIC LANTERN SLIDES, EARLY 20TH CENTURY. The majority depicting WWI related scenes including machine gun and artillery placements, U.S. and French encampments, battlesites and ruins, trench life, boot camp and training, some naval and aviation. A good selection with many interesting images. Together with 12 early transportation slides including "The First American Limousine." Ships, railroad, airship, and a slide of Nazi passenger planes for the 1936 Olympics. 3.875 inches x 3.375 inches (9.8 x 8.5 cm).
