336 EUGENIO PATTARINO (Italian 1885-1971) a glazed ceramic figure of the Madonna and Child. Molded in three-quarters round with open hollow back and pierced for suspension. Height 12.75" (32.5 cm). Estimate $600-$900
337 ALFRED BASEL (Austrian 1876-1920) "St. George Slaying the Dragon*" Watercolor and ink on paper. Signed and inscribed on lower margin, verso also inscribed. 19.7 inches x 9 inches (50cm x 22.8cm). Estimate $750-$1,000  *Apparently a design for a stained glass window. Basel was a well-known Art Nouveau graphic artist having studied at the Vienna School of Applied Art. He was a member of the Vienna "Secession" and one of the founders of the Oesterreichischer Werkbund."
