Sergiy, circa 1870. Here the Mother of God together with the Apostles Peter
and John appear to Sergiy and his disciple Mrcah. In the background the
Monastery founded by Sergiy, at top center the Old Testament Trinity, the
name given to the aforementioned Monastery. Exceedingly well painted and in

Mother of God enthroned with the infant Christ upon Her lap and flanked by
