A RUSSIAN SILVER SAMOVAR & TEA SET IN THE PAN-SLAVIC STYLE The large and
impressive set consisting of a Samovar with ivory handled chimney
extension, a tea pot, a hot water pot, a two-handled covered sugar bowl
and a milk jug. All of conical form and surmounted with cylindrical tops.
Each piece similarly decorated with extensive engraving of geometric
motifs in the Old Russian style. Marked St. Petersburg, 1874 and 1881, by
Aron Lydicke and Adam Markula. Height of samovar 22.75 inches (58 cm).
