A PAIR OF HAN DYNASTY GLAZED VESSELS. Including an ovoid jar with three applied handles and short flaring foot and neck. The body incised with linear bands beneath an iridescent greenish glaze which coves the foot rings and interior. Ht. 7.3 inches, 18.5cm. Together with an oval cup with tab handles (ear cup), with green iridescent glaze, the base molded with untranslated two-character inscription. Minor damaged from kiln firing in contact with other pieces, typical glaze pooling. A good example evidently in “as-found” condition. Height 1.25 inches, 4.5 cm, Width 5 inches, 12.8 cm. A  HAN DYNASTY POTTERY HORSE HEAD FRAGMENT, a finely sculpted fragment of primarily the snout with well detailed nostrils and muzzle, with traces of red, cinnabar pigment and incorporated into a later sculpted horse head. Together with custom fitted padded box with wood base. Height 9 inches, 22.8 cm. Estimate $500-$700
