A PAIR OF SCOTTISH STEEL FLINTLOCK PISTOLS the first with scattered engraving, integral belt clip, original rod and screw-out grip pick.  Overall good condition with crisp action, apparently unmarked, length 10.2 inches (25.5 cm).  Together with a smaller unmarked example in average condition with working action, length 5.5 inches (14 cm).  Estimate $800-$1,200

A PAIR OF MATCHING DUELING PISTOLS, CONTINENTAL faux Damascus engraved barrels, slightly flared.  Breech side plates with raised canon and florals, figural head hammers and grip capped with hinged German silver shell form patch box cover, apparently unmarked.  Length 12.25 inches (31 cm).  Together with a period rosewood felt-lined case.  Estimate $600-$900
