AN H.M. IRON CASED FRIGATE RESISTANCE CHRISTENING MEMORABILIA GROUP circa 1861 comprising a carved yew wood and silver mounted builders gavel inscribed "H.M. Iron Cased Frigate Resistance christened and launched by The Lady Mayoress 11th April 1861 and further inscribed with builders name and ships data, together with a similarly inscribed ivory handled wood chisel signed "Moss & Gambles, Sheffield". The Gavel stamped with makers mark C.S., Length 14 inches and 9.25 inches. Estimate $600-$800
