THREE JAPANESE IMARI & ARITA WARE DISHES; 20TH CENTURY; including an Arita ware porcelain deep bowl with landscape decoration on the inside and out and a sailing boat in the tondo all in underglaze blue; double ring foot. Unmarked; probably Taisho period; first quarter 20th century. Dia. 12 inches; 31 cm. Together with an Imari porcelain platter decorated with wood ducks and flowering trees in underglaze blue transfer. First half of 20th century. Dia. 17.75 inches; 45 cm. And a well decorated Imari porcelain bowl with sacred crane beneath pine in the tondo in underglaze blue and overglaze gold; the cavetto decorated with underglaze blue and overglaze gold and red motifs including tendrils and chrysanthemums. A SET OF JAPANESE SAKE BOTTLES WITH CONTAINER; the bottles probably late Meiji period; the tray possibly late Edo period. A pair of Kenzan style sake bottles one with decorated with a young samurai holding a hawk or falcon; the other depicting Ebishu climbing seated Fukurukuju’s towering dome with the aid of a ladder from behind. Each cursorily signed: Kenzan in red within the foot rim. Accompanied by a two piece lacquer insulating container ornamented with sinuous stream and aquatic plant motifs [cracked.
