AN ITALIANATE CARVED AND SATIN BURLWOOD DINING ROOM SET, THIRD QUARTER 20TH CENTURY. Comprising an oval table with figured burlwood top raised on cabriole legs with floral carved knees terminating in scalloped medallions, accompanied by four matching side chairs and two armchairs, each with carved legs, scalloped backs, with tapestry style floral seat covers and backs; a matching cabinet on chest hutch with blown out glass sections on each door; and a two drawer, four door server with serpentine shaped lower doors. Table length 65.75 inches (167 cm), width 44.75 inches (113.7 cm). Hutch height 80 inches (203.5 cm), width 59 inches (150 cm). Buffet length 70.25 inches (178.5 cm).
