A GOLD ENAMELED AND GEMSTONE BOX, IN THE FABERGE STYLE, SECOND HALF 20TH CENTURY. The sides with translucent green enamel over an engine turned wavy ground. The lid with band of translucent green enamel and the interior with translucent white enamel. Set with an Imperial double-headed eagle, embellished with diamonds and cabochons and encircled with a band of small diamonds, and the sides with a band of gold laurels. Spurious Cyrillic Faberge maker's mark, Henrik Wigstrom workmaster initials, St. Petersburg hallmark and 56 standard. Total weight 3 troy ounces. Height 1 inch (2.5 cm), diameter 2 inches (5.1 cm).
