A PAIR OF IMPRESSIVE FABERGE SILVER CANDLE STICKS, MOSCOW 1896-1908. The raised base with slightly flared rim decorated with leaf and dart pattern below a band of palmettos beneath a beaded upper rim. Rising from a collar with Greek Key pattern and banded reed. The central stems supporting a collar banded with panels of bellflowers and with overhanging beaded drip pan. The central stems set with applied gold monogram and the bases each set with a gold Imperial double-headed eagle. Hallmarked Moscow 1896-1908, and in Cyrillik K. Faberge under the Imperial Warrant and 84 standard. Scratched inventory number 11852. Height 7 inches (17.5 cm).
