A RUSSIAN GILDED SILVER SAMORODOK CIGARETTE CASE, ST. PETERSBURG 1908-1917. The hinged lid set with the Imperial double headed eagle and with a small coin displaying the bust of Tsar Nicholas II. The gold mounted thumbpiece set with a cabochon garnet. The interior brightly gilded. Hallmarked St. Petersburg, 1908-1917, Cyrillic makers mark ?.? probably for Erik Parkinen, and with 84 standard. Length 4 inches (10cm).
