A RUSSIAN PORCELAIN THREE-PIECE TEA SERVICE, GARDNER MANUFACTORY, CIRCA 1850. Comprising a covered teapot, covered two-handled sugar bowl and cream pitcher in the Roccoco style. Resting on flared and scalloped pierced bases, the sides fluted and with painted floral reserves within a mauve ground and overall with gilt highlights, the lids surmounted with rose blossom finials. The underside of bases with both impressed and stamped factory marks. Teapot 9.25 inches (23.5 cm).
