THREE RUSSIAN EASTER EGGS, 19TH CENTURY. Comprising a finely painted wood lacquered egg painted with an image of the Resurrected Christ on one side, and a bouquet of flowers on the other, and with the mark of Lukutin beneath the Imperial Warrant. Height 2 inches (5 cm). A blown glass egg, enameled and with an oval clear exposition window displaying a lithographed icon. Height 2.75 inches (7 cm). And another hand painted and lacquer wood egg with a portrait of Empress Katherine I and verso with double-headed Imperial eagle. Height 4 inches (10 cm).
