A FLORENTINE GLAZED CERAMIC WALL PLAQUE OF THE NATIVITY, IN THE DELLA ROBBIA STYLE. Modeled in high relief, the Virgin and Child within an arched reserve, bordered with florals and winged cherubs, and below, a ribbon tied wreath flanked by cornucopia. Verso marked Florentiae and C. Kornhas, for Carl Kornhas (Austrian 1857-1931). Repairs. 19.5 inches x 11.5 inches (49.5 x 29 cm).
