A RUSSIAN SILVER GILT, SHADED AND CLOISONNÉ ENAMELED TEA POT, SALTYKOV, 1895. Of tapering spherical form, the body overall enameled with bands of shaded enameled florals on a stippled gilt ground, the spout handle and hinged lid similarly decorated, hallmarked Moscow, dated 1895, Cyrillic maker's mark for Ivan Saltykov and 84 silver standard. Height 4.75 inches (12 cm).
