A CONTINENTAL SILVER AND CARVED IVORY FIGURE OF A MEDIEVAL MAIDEN, CIRCA 1900. Well modeled and chased with a finely carved ivory head and shoulder surmounted with a conical silver cap, inset carved ivory hands and holding a faux ivory carved falcon, the figure raised on a wasted quatrefoil plinth, stamped hallmarks. Height 10.75 inches (27.5 cm).
