A FINE REGENCY SILVER-GILT AND CUT-CRYSTAL EPERGNE, MATTHEW BOULTON, BIRMINGHAM,1813. The everted acanthus pedestal with upturned palmettes and extending scrolled arms with rosette terminals supporting a cut-crystal center bowl above four cut-crystal satellites each within palmette baskets terminating scrolled fluted stems, the whole rising from a modified squared plinth raised on leaf bracket feet. Stamped hallmarks. Weight approximately 95.26 troy ounces, height 15 inches (38 cm).
