A VERY FINE PAIR OF FRENCH LOUIS XV STYLE GILT BRONZE AND CUT CRYSTAL CANDELABRA, 19TH CENTURY.The six scrolled arms with foliate mounts rising from a tripod pedestal raised on a conforming "griotte uni" marble plinth inset with gilt bronze mounts and bead work terminating in gilt bronze bell flower form feet. The acanthus form bobeches with cut crystal pendants rising above draped crystal jewels suspending large tear drop form prisms, the bronze mounts stamped B.B. Height 26.5 inches (67.5 cm).
