A LARGE AND IMPRESSIVE NEO-GOTHIC CARVED OAK FIGURE OF SAINT GEORGE, GERMAN, PROBABLY 19TH CENTURY. Finely carved in three quarter round, with deep folds, cascading hair and hollow back. Height 37 inches (94 cm). Together with a matching pedestal , height of pedestal 17 inches (43.5 cm).
