A RUSSIAN SILVER GILT AND SHADED ENAMEL KOVSH, MOSCOW, 1896-1908.  The sides and hook handle decorated with shaded enamel florals on a stippled ground and turquoise beaded cloisonné edging. Hallmarked Moscow 1896-1908 Cyrillic maker's mark IS, probably for Ivan Saltykov and 84 standard. Length 3.8 inches (9.5 cm).
