A SWISS MADE PRESENTATION WATCH FOR THE IMPERIAL RUSSIAN MILITARY, TISSOT, CIRCA 1900.  The silver case nielloed on the front with the Imperial Russian double-headed Eagle with crossed artillery cannons below and above the words “FOR EXCELLENCY IN ARTILLERY.” The verso nielloed with the intertwined initials for the Russian Warsaw Military District. The dial with a portrait of Tsar Nicholas II in uniform, with Roman numeral and second hand. The interior marked “TISSOT” and in Cyrillic with the trading house “L. M. Lilpop,” Supplier to the Court of His Majesty, and with Swiss silver standard 875 and stamped number 222457. Diameter 5.5 cm. (Unillustrated)
