A SET OF SIX VOLUMES OF ЖИВОПИСНАЯ РОССІЯ (PICTURESQUE RUSSIA) М.О. ВОЛЬФЪ, 1895-1901. Comprising nine bound volumes (including some volumes bound in two parts) in their original ornate gilt-embossed cloth covers of this seminal work produced under the direction of P.P. Semenov, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Geographic Society, and published by M.O. Wolf, St. Petersburg-Moscow, 1895-1901. Comprising the following volumes: IV (1896) bound in two parts, V (1897), VI (1899), VII (1900), VIII (1901) bound in two parts, and XII (1895) bound in two parts. Each volume measuring approximately 14.75 inches x 11 inches (37.5 x 28 cm). Overall in fair to good condition with some spines showing more wear than others. But for the most part, the interior pages undisturbed. (Unillustrated)
