A VERY FINE CARVED POLYCHROME AND GILT WOOD BUST OF CHRIST, KING OF KINGS, AUSTRIAN, 19TH CENTURY. Finely carved in full round with gilded cascading hair and flowing beard. The vestments incised in faux embroidery and retaining a good deal of the original polychrome. Height 14 inches (36 cm).
