AN ATTRACTIVE HAND-PAINTED FILIGREE AND MOTHER OF PEARL TRIPTYCH, FRENCH, 19TH CENTURY. The central panel painted with a scene of the enthroned Virgin with a gathering of figures. Signed "J. Burdon" and the left and right wings painted with a scene of a king and queen. Set in a filigree and engraved frame with mother of pearl borders and embellished with paste cabochons. 7.75 inches x 11.4 inches (19.5 x 29 cm).
